Customers will choose their own user name and password. This must be kept confidential. No other person should have access to this information. If a customer suspects that this information has been available to any other person, then contact us. New security details will then be allocated.

betnail.com reserve the right to refuse the whole, or any part of any tips for any reason. We also reserve the right to close any account without any obligation of justifying the reason for doing so.

betnail.com do not accepts any form of gambling, betting or wagering.

Any information published by betnail.com is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

betnail.com is not responsible for any loss or damage for the customer, either direct or indirect, as a result of using this information for gambling or betting. Customer is responsible to comply with his local laws to avoid breaking the laws in his country.

Where account registration details are found to be inaccurate, misleading or incomplete, betnail.com reserves the right to close the account.

Once a transaction has been confirmed by betnail.com, changes will not be permitted.

Once a payment has been received by betnail.com, refund will not be permitted.

If we suspect that you give your user name and password to any other we will close your account.
